Purpose of the job:

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and general management to the company, to actively pursue opportunities identified for business development, and to ensure that business revenue, profit, and strategic targets are achieved.

 Core tasks:

  • Using all possible sources of management information and personal involvement in commercial activities to drive growth in revenues and ensure the profit target is met through constant cost control
  • Management, leadership and development of the business unit
    • Drive the sales organization
    • Manage head of operations
    • Lead development of vision for the unit
    • Manage and motivate the staff to monitor and ensure alignment of goals and activities so that the maximum impact is achieved in the market by the staff resources
  • Financial and Business Management
    • Develop and implement the financial goals for the company with guidelines
    • Translate these financial goals into a 3 to 5 year strategic plan reviewed annually, and through development and articulation of a yearly budget for the company that includes marketing and sales, operations, human resources, capital goods, and administration plans 
    • Monthly forecasting and reporting
    • Accurate and timely invoicing

Requirements for the candidates:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager or Division Director
- Very good knowledge about sales
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Degree qualified (preferred in Marketing or Business Management)
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Staff management experience with a proven ability to motivate and manage staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
